General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following things can be inferred based on the semen analysis report you have enclosed:
1. Physical parameters like Volume of 3.8 ml, pH of 7.8, colour, odour, consistency and liquification time are normal.
2. Aggregations nor present is good.
3. Sperm count of 27.1 million/ml is fine.
4. Sperm motility is fine but progressive percentage is slightly less.
5. Normal forms of sperms seems fine.
Although there seems to be no major problem seen, it is advisable for you to take medications containing Vitamin E, Selenium, Carnitine, CoQ 10, Lipoic acid and Zinc for a month and check for the improvement by getting semen analysis done again to see for the improvement.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
